AdvoSci Health is a student-led club connected to McMaster University, that serves as a voice for those who suffer from rare medical conditions. Their goal is to provide an educational platform for student communities and help raise awareness about rare diseases that are less known to the public.

Guillain-Barre Syndrome was chosen for final term as the rare condition to be highlighted through a case competition. Below are case #1 and #2. Participants were to send submissions as an infographic, image or video, and 3 panelists chose the top 3 submissions. Panelists: Ron Van Holst, Holly Gerlach, and Shannon Brayley.

Congratulations to Umer, Zahra, and Ismaeel for being chosen as the top 3!
